Dino Kale – a.k.a. Tuscan, Lacinato is a dark, leafy green. Dino Kale can be enjoyed in salads, soups, baked or dehydrated into kale chips. An excellent way to add calcium into your diet if you have a digest intolerance for milk or dairy products.
DINO KALE leaves are bumpy and a deep, dark blue-green color which make it an excellent source for chlorophyll and calcium.
STORE: wash and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 3 days.

USES: Simply add a handful to your juice or smoothie recipe or massage its leaves with olive oil and lemon for a more mild taste, toss as a salad with goat or feta cheese. Pair with apples, oranges, persimmons and toss few pine nuts or your favorite and Voila! A powerful meal to fuel your body!
